Baptism Cake

You might be wondering what this is...well it's a Rock Cake! My dad is a geologist and I surprised him with this cake for his 10th anniversary of owning his own business. The Rock Cake consists of layers of dark chocolate cake and is covered with a buttercream frosting that had crushed

oreos, chocolate waffers, heath bits, and chocolate ganache. Then I used multi-colored sugar sprinkles as gems!
