This couple was going off to Jamaica to elope and so there was a send off party with a pre-wedding cake with Jamaican flowers.

Top tier. Other desserts were provided at the wedding and the bride and groom only wanted a small cake to cut into.

You might be wondering what this is...well it's a Rock Cake! My dad is a geologist and I surprised him with this cake for his 10th anniversary of owning his own business. The Rock Cake consists of layers of dark chocolate cake and is covered with a buttercream frosting that had crushed

oreos, chocolate waffers, heath bits, and chocolate ganache. Then I used multi-colored sugar sprinkles as gems!

For this graduation cake I was given some ideas of what the graduate was interested in, but then I was told to use my creativity and this was the end product...."Oh the Places You Will Go" cake.

The graduate also played the piano, so I incorporated some piano keys.
