Tis the season! At work I decorated sheet cakes with

Pumpkins, Fall Trees, and Turkeys!

Here are some of the latest cakes I've done.

Sleepover Birthday Cake. I love the popcorn and

how it falls down the sides of the cake!

This couple was going off to Jamaica to elope and so there was a send off party with a pre-wedding cake with Jamaican flowers.

Top tier. Other desserts were provided at the wedding and the bride and groom only wanted a small cake to cut into.

My first wedding cake! It was for a small intimate wedding.

You might be wondering what this is...well it's a Rock Cake! My dad is a geologist and I surprised him with this cake for his 10th anniversary of owning his own business. The Rock Cake consists of layers of dark chocolate cake and is covered with a buttercream frosting that had crushed

oreos, chocolate waffers, heath bits, and chocolate ganache. Then I used multi-colored sugar sprinkles as gems!
